Ashley was a true delight. Her love for the Lord and her love for people were always evident. I cherished the sweet friendship we formed while attending church together in Denver. I loved her creativity and always looked forward to her beautiful Christmas cards. Years ago she sent me a hand-made fabric card that looked like a designer purse. When you opened it up, her sweet message was inside. It was too fabulous to set aside, so I turned it into a Christmas ornament. Every year when I unpack our ornaments and hang those delicate purse straps on our tree, I think of Ashley. She was a true lady...a gem of a friend...and she will be missed.

Don, Laurie and Heather, our hearts are hurting for you all. As the top of the Zion Street group, we shared a lot with you and the girls. Remember the snow storm-we hauled a pot of chili down to eat with you because no one could drive to family plans. Please know we're thankful for that time in our lives and are sad for your family today.

Ashley was a bright light in the lives of Tom, Kyle and Lundra. She came to downtown Denver to see me when I was there for a Bank board meeting. She was always kind and thoughtful. It was always a joy to see and visit with her.
Love and condolences to the family. We plan to donate to Kismet UMC .
