



Obituary of Betty J Fox
Betty J Fox was born in Englewood Colorado on March 9th, 1932, to the parents of Milo and Mary Templer and grew up with 3 brothers and 2 sisters.
On June 16th, 1950, she married an Army man named Elbert F Fox, in Denver Colorado. They enjoyed 55 years together. They raised 5 girls and 1 boy.
Betty had a love for animals starting from childhood; living on a farm, riding horses, to her last home where we nicknamed her the Cat Lady.
She died on March 4th, 2023, at 90 years old, leaving behind 1 sister, Connie Leinenwever, 4 daughters, Sharon, Jeanne, Beverly, Lynette and 1 son, Bruce. She also had 15 grand kids, 31 great grand kids and 6 great grand kids.
Now she will be reuniting with her husband Elbert and her daughter Karen and many other loved ones that have left before her.
Betty’s service will be held at Aspen Mortuaries, on Monday March 20th at 11:00 am, with a viewing at 10:00 am. The mortuary is at 1350 Simms Street in Lakewood.
We will then go to the burial service at Fort Logan National Cemetery on Sheridan, south of Hampden. At 1:00 meet at staging area “A”.
