






Obituary of Anthony J Dionisi
It is with a heavy heart that we announce the passing of Mr. Anthony J. Dionisi, who left us on October 6, 2023. Born on April 26, 1947. He lived a fulfilling and vibrant life of 76 years, touching many hearts along his journey.
Anthony, a man of distinct character, was best known for his selfless, caring, passionate, and generous nature, often lighting up any room he entered with his unique brand of humor. Though he could be abrupt and impatient at times, these traits only served to underline his enthusiasm for life and the people he loved. His love for his family, friends and his favorite football team, the NY Giants, knew no bounds.
Anthony was a force of nature when it came to his devotion to the NY Giants. There perhaps was never a more loyal fan. His animated displays of team pride during the Giants games became a fond and loving running joke in his family and circle of friends. His passion and loyalty to the team were unrelenting, further demonstrating the depth of his commitment in all areas of his life.
Anthony is survived by his wife Sherry Dionisi, daughters Tina (Robert)Rodlin, Lisa (Greg) Siracuse, stepson Cal (Cindy) Blair, grandchildren Travis (Cammey) Rodlin, Justyn Robinson, Breanne (Clint) Nolan, Nicolas Siracuse, Lynzie Blair, Joe Blair, Bella Blair, brother Dean (Marie) Dionisi, sister Linda Nelson and 3 nieces and 1 nephew. He was predeceased by his Mother and Father Charles and Lena Dionisi and brother in- law Jerry Nelson.
Anthony's life was a testament to a man who lived with his heart on his sleeve, never afraid to express his passions. His absence will be deeply felt, and he will be sorely missed by his family, friends, and all who knew him. However, his vibrant spirit, his relentless Giants passion, and his valuable life lessons will continue to resonate with us as we remember him. Rest in peace, Anthony. Your remarkable journey on earth will always be remembered with fondness and respect.
